Subject to lender approval and minimum commission of at least 3% paid by Seller to Selling Broker at Settlement on minimum sales price of $350,000. Typical Buyer Rebate credit, when offered, is 0.5% of sales price on resale properties and 1% on new construction. Payment of Rebate, if any, requires written Agreement between Buyer Agent and Client prior to writing Contract Offer to purchase.
